Hello

I am going to buy a new MBP or a new Mac Pro. I will use it for Adobe stuff and some 3D animation software as well as music recording.
Which would be better to have? I can afford the MBP with no problem, but the Mac Pro would be pushing it and I would have to buy the cheapest config.

Help please

Laptop might be good, we have Intel iMacs at work so if I wanted to do anything at work I could take my laptop with me. I will buy a desktop system later, just now I have money to buy a 512 Nvidia 9600gpu Mac book Pro or a stripped down Mac Pro. Yes I know the event is coming in Jan.
Does anyone think that they will have any updates for the new Mac Book Pro?

No updates for MBP as they were just recently updated.

MP is far more powerful, but MBP is portable. You deiced what you want/need.
