New MBP Owner With HDD Fitting Questions

I just purchased a new MBP 2.5 today from a friend for $2100 cash and the laptop seems to be awesome except for a VERY slight loose battery cover when I opened it to check out the HDD.

Anyway, I was wondering if the following drive can fit into the MBP?

Yes I know it's expensive, minimum in capacity and so fourth but I store all my data via external firewire so 80gb is more than handsome enough for my needs.

Supposedly, yes. I'm not sure anyone here as put that Intel SSD in a new MBP yet, but there is no reason it shouldn't work.
