Hey,

After a year of use, my macbook pro power cable got frayed and burned (all by itself). I finally got a minute to buy another one today, so I went to Simply Mac. They sold me a new (smaller) macbook pro cable, but just the 'brick' to the computer part, not the outlet to 'brick' cable, as I already have a working one. I went home, and... It doesn't work.

I tried multiple outlets to no avail. I tried with the little plug instead of the extra cord deal, and that didn't work either. I think they sold me a dud, for 60 bucks. Anything I can do short of going back to get another one?

Thanks
