Hi,

I recently purchased a BTO MBP - the invoice is dated 13th June, so 29 days ago, but the unit wasn't actually delivered until the 19th. Can I return it and re-order one of the new models? I'm in the UK, which will make a difference to the answer.

Cheers,

Phil

The return policy appears to require notice of intent o return within 14 days of receiving your product. and you would be provided another 14 days to return it.

I’ve heard of people returning their Apple computers within 30 days on rare occasions. Can’t hurt to ask Apple themselves! Keep in mind their may be restocking fee for returning an opened product.
