New MBP screen angle range?

Does the new MBP's screen open wider than the previous model? Its really my only pet peeve with my current MBP. It just doesnt open wide enough when Im sitting anywhere thats not a desk/table...

Good question.

I think I'll head into town on Firday and try out the new Macs. I just hope Cancom (Edinburgh's Authorised Mac Retailer) has the new ones on display to play with.

OMG, this was the biggest complaint I had with the macbook's hinge design. Let us know.

YES! mine goes back to like 45 degrees from horizontal! That's loads better than the old ones I can't find a position where I have to tilt it all the way back to use!

Nice to now it opens up more. It's really annoying when sometimes your standing up and can't see, try to tilt and it won't bend more. Another plus for these new MBP's.
