on the highest settings yea.

oblivion also. Mid-high settings worked well.

Not even Blizzard could definitively answer that question; the game isn't finished yet.

That being said, Blizzard usually opts for good performance over a wide range of system specs rather than gunning for bleeding edge graphics. There's little question it will run SC2; it's just a matter of how well.
