New MBP today - question about ID'ing iLife version. Help please!

I just got my MacBook Pro (MB471LL/A) in today.
It's my first Mac, as well as my first laptop.

So far, I'm in love with it.
I bought it on eBay, brand new...got a great deal.
It was advertised as coming with iLife '09.
I spoke to the guy on the phone, and he told me beforehand that some of his boxes said "with iLife '08" on them, but there was actually iLife '09 inside.

How can I identify which year iLife I have?
Sorry if this is a noob question, but I AM a noob.

Open iPhoto.

In the upper left hand corner, click on "iPhoto," then choose "About iPhoto."

If it says "iPhoto '09," then you have iLife 09. If not, call Apple back.

If the box says iLife '08, it's iLife '08.
