New MBP - what about mac app store?

I've just got a new MBP from work (Early 2011).

Shipped with 10.7 (11A511a), and I updated it to 10.7.2

But its offering an update for iPhoto through the Mac App Store (there is a MAS receipt for it, but it came pre-installed). How is this going to work if it wasn't purchased using my iTunes account?

It just links the installed apps to your Apple ID. I had the same situation and just updated it.
