New MBP, What do you think about these Upgrades i might buy...

MacBook Pro Late 2007 memory upgrade

Does the MacBook Pro released in late 2007 support memory upgrades that run at 800MHz since the frontside bus runs at that speed?

I'm more specific about the model that came before they refreshed it in February 2008.
 
Any MBP before late 08 uses 667MHz memory. The memory bus is 667 on all of them, despite an 800MHz FSB
