Hey, first off let me apologise because I'm probably asking things that have been covered before.

Right here goes, we have just bought 2 iPad Air2's and an iMac and are in the process of getting them to work together, all quite straight forward just a little time consuming sorting out what we do and don't need.

The thing I have an issue with is one of our suppliers invoices or quotes come over as zip files and try as I might I cannot get them to open, I've tried various unzippers but no luck.

Any ideas?

Next off I'm looking for an app or program to allow me to create delivery notes?

Any other tips for a newbie gratefully received.

Welcome...we're all nice here. Honest.

Zip files should open without a problem using Archive Utility which should be in:
Macintosh HD>System>Library>CoreServices>Applications.

If that's not working try the free Stuffit Expander:

iPads are not very good with zip files. You'll want to unzip on the Mac and upload the files to iCloud or Google Drive to access on iPad.

You will need an app for that. There are numerous zip tools available in the App Store including winzip and izip. Both have free versions so you can try before you buy.
