iPod touch New Member: Need Help With iPod Touch Freezing Up! Never B4 Seen Issue >:(

Hey guys,
I recently jailbroke my ipod touch using blackra1n. it went well until my ipod went into "safe mode." All my apps worked but i couldnt get it out of "safe mode" and back to the normal jailbroken mode. I decided to restore my ipod thru itunes to restart the jailbreaking process. The ipod was restored but it can not get past the apple logo when you first turn it on. It shows the apple logo with a wheel under it. The wheel isnt spinning but the ipod keeps making the noise as if you just plugged into the computer (kind of like a chime noise). How can i get past this? Is my ipod broken and not able to be fixed?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What makes you think your issue has never been seen before?

Anyway, try recovery mode, then if that doesn't work, DFU mode. You should be able to find out how to put your touch into those modes with Google.

i couldnt find anything like it on youtube or google but i just got it to DFU and tried to restore it and its going good so far hopefuly it will work this time. thanks for the tips
