I was looking to buy the wireless optical combo from microsoft

And i was wondering if anyone had any experience with it. MS web page doesent mention MAC OS and I would like to use this mouse/keyboard with OS X and for other bluetooth devices. Would the combo work in OS X and could i use it with other bluetooth devices (like my t68i?)?
