New notebook recommendation?

I currently have a late 2010 Macbook Pro with upgraded 8GB ram. I think it is about time for an upgrade. I usually use Photoshop, Notepad++, Illustrator, Filezilla and few other applications at any one time. Most important thing is speed.

I would like to know if i should go for a Pro or an Air, any recommendation is appreciated.

Anything Photoshop related makes me say 15" rMBP because quad core. Thing is, if you use plugins with GPU acceleration you'll need the dGPU. If not, you can stick with the Iris Pro.

Either one will suit your needs just fine. The Pro has a nicer screen and a 15" option. The Air is more portable and has an 11" option.
