Well... it did appear like all they did was add the video on top of the iPhone so the sequence shortened is basically there by default.
If they did it on top it would have covered up the text, meaning they re-added it in.
It was a good choice. It was the one thing that made it funny.

Oh, really. I'm pretty sure I saw that commercial last night during Hallmark's Sunday night movie!
Is this a a jailbroken app? or is it a fake all together? There has been i time or two when I would've really liked to send something like that.

The sequence shortened is under the video and was already there from one of the previous ads, like I said... all the creator of this video did was take his video and place it on top of the iPhone.
