Because of O2 being forced to use the paper system and processing the contracts later, mine, and probably other people's accounts wouldn't be processed and activated with a phone number for a day or so, well this is how I understand the situation anyway.
My question is: are any new customer's contracts, who were processed using the paper system, active yet? Pretty sure mine isn't as it's said "No Service" all day, but everything else is working absolutely perfectly otherwise
