New Orange Phone not Syncing

Just bought a new Orange "Rio" mobile phone but iSync will not recognise it.
Is there a firmware or download that will allow this?

I'd suggest you ring Orange direct about this. I can't seem to find what OS Rio uses or who the original manufacturer is (Orange used to put their brand on HTC phones, but obviously HTC aren't where they used to be).

If it was the pink one you got, I'd just send it back
