Prior to the last Jobs Keynote, there was some concern about OS X 10.5 being delayed, but Apple has since clarified that it is still on track for a spring release.
Nobody knows. No dates aside from "first half of this year" have been given by Apple. Steve has said "Spring 2007" which for the northern hemisphere finishes on the 21st of June which still means aside from those 3 weeks in june "the first half of this year."
