New phone from Apple store any luck for Unlock ..! ?

Hello Guys,
I just replaced my iphone yesterday.. and I got version 3.1.3(7E18) and Modem Firmware 05.12.01. ! Is there anyway I can unlock the phone..? Thank you for your help guys.

Not unless you live in a country where the carriers will officially unlock the phone. There's expected to be a new unofficial unlock released after the new iPhone and firmware 4.0 are released in June/July.

Not at the moment.
Maybe in June or July we will see a new unlock tool.
