Has anyone else experienced this, and is it normal? When browsing using mobile data, the phone gets very hot! I am sure it can’t be good.... my iPhone 6S didn’t do this....

give it a week
Do you think that the Spotlight indexing is still going on? Or why a week? I have noticed while streaming content on 5G that my battery life suffers signifcantly and that my phone is getting hot.
Mines cool as a cucumber while browsing.
Is your mobile network signal strength poor?
My mobile strength is good (all bars full), but it gets hot. Did you set up your phone as new? Or did you transfer the data from your old phone?

I used iCloud to transfer all my data from my old iPhone 7 during setup.

Haven’t noticed mine getting warm at all so far.

Ok, thank you! :)

I have just turned off the „Allow more data with 5G“ Option. I think that might be the culprit. Or do you have that enabled as well?
