So i just bought a new iphone from bestbuy. Rogers running ios 4.3.3 and baseband 4.10.01. I plugged it in and went to update to the ios 5.0.1 and got an error number 9. Phone ISN'T jailbroken.

Turn off your anti virus software and try again.
