New Phone

My old 3gs had a problem so I brought it into apple and they gave me a refurbished one. The problem I have now is this phone is locked to telus and I'm with Fido. Is there anything I can do to unlock my phone? Blackra1n and redsn0w won't work since its a new model and I cant downgrade.

what version of firmware?

if it's 3.1.3 there is nothing you can do! but I would call Apple tell them the problem.

Why did they give you a Telus phone? Did you tell them you are with fido?
It seems odd, that they would just reach over and hand you a phone locked to carrier you are not with, or to not even bother asking who your phone carrier is.

Fido carries iPhones, so you should've just asked them for a Fido locked iPhone.
