New Photos App - 2 files in Photos Folder?

So i upgraded and started the new Photos App. All my photos show up on the new Photos app just fine.

One thing I noticed is when I goto User\Pictures\ I see 2 Libraries now.

1 is called iPhoto Library which is about 12GB
the 2nd is Photos Library, which is about 10GB.

Now that i'm on Photos is it ok to delete the iphoto Library file?
