New Photos App - auto import

Anyone have any idea how I turn off auto import in the new Photos app? I do not want it to import the photos from my iPhone without my express permission.

To be clear, the Photos app does not launch when I plug the iphone into the computer, but if the app is open it auto imports the photos. I want it to stop! Is this possible?
