New photos app: buying prints?

yosemite will have a new photos app, to take the place of aperture and iPhoto. Will it still have the option of buying prints from within the app?

do any of you pro users ever use the service, or do you order elsewhere and where?

Apple has released zero information about the iPhoto replacement so no one can really answer your questions. We can speculate that there will be the ability but until Apple actually comes out and spells out what it is, and what it will have, no one really knows.

No, and it wont ship until next year. So we're probably a long ways until a beta.

Good question though. Considering they got rid of the Cards app, I wonder if they're ceasing offering physical goods altogether now.

wow, i didn't realize apple got rid of the cards app. i used it a couple of times last year. they were nice cards. i wonder if the cost of the cards on their end made it unprofitable
