new Photos app - delete Faces box(es) on individual photos?

In iPhoto, it's possible to essentially delete the Faces feature on a photo by photo basis by deleting all of the Faces boxes that appear for any given photo. Two questions:

- Is it possible to do this in the new Photos app?
- If the Faces box(es) for a photo had been deleted in iPhoto, is that remembered when the photo is transferred into the new Photos app, or does the new app ask for Faces again for all untagged photos?
