New photos library diff size to iPhoto

Hi All,

Ive moved over to new photos app and all photos appear to be there. however, my iphoto library was 86gig but photos library is 79 gig.. wheres the 7 gigs gone?

I don't have iCloud turned on apart from photo stream.
