I have a 16" MBP and have never encountered this problem before. Since Big Sur, I get a high pitched, relatively loud pop every time I start audio or scrub audio. I have attached a video reproducing it consistently. I reset SMC and NVRAM, reinstalled Big Sur fresh (even DFU restored the T2), and the problem has persisted all of that. Is anyone else seeing similar behavior? It is quite annoying and again definitely did not exist on Catalina.
