Hi All, I've never been pleased with the generic desktop icons that macOS uses for my G5s when I connect them in Finder. So, being a long time Photoshop user, I set about creating some new icons, one each for the late 2005 Power Mac G5 Dual 2.3 GHz and one for the late 2005 Power Mac G5 Quad 2.5 GHz.
To do this, I had to create large, full size images in Photoshop, save those out as PNG files and then feed them into a program that could make icons from them. In my case, I use iConvert Icons, an app that is available from the Apple App Store. On Mac OS X, I use IConverter v0.9
The two images that I turned into icons appear below, and the resulting icons are attached as a zip file.
