New Powerbook G4 15" Battery Tips?

Hey guys,

I have just purchased a new battery for my Powerbook G4 15" A1138 notebook.
I really want to get the most out of it and i've been reading mixed tips, some telling me to charge and de-charge 5x, or do it just once etc.

Theres no clear professional advice on whether or not theres any good ways to optimise a new battery.

Any tips ?
