I was in the Apple Store in Regent St tonight during the keynote speech (and getting narked at their lack of customer service but that's another story)
One salesperson was going around collecting the 12" Powerbook price points about 6.30pm. Another salesperson was explaining the difference between iBooks and Powerbooks to a customer
One of the differences that he mentioned was a faster hard drive in addition to 128MB of video RAM and the better graphics card.
Taking a closer look at the 15" price point next to the Powerbook I was using, there were 3 models listed on it.
The third one was still a 1.5 G4 with Superdrive but it had an 80GB 5400 hard drive, 1 GB of RAM, a 128MB 9700 card and cost £2,049. An unwanted BTO? Or a new combination?
