Hey there,

Just got a 15" PB 1.33 delivered today (its home, I am working ughh), and I am looking for hints\tips to break it in properly (the battery, specifically).

I know I need to condition it (fully charge then fully drain then fully charge) but can I hook it up on AC and use it while initial charging or do I have to just let it sit and fully charge before powering it up?

Battery life in the long run in more important to me then instant gratification, however it would be nice to be able to use it right away.

Any other tips or hints?

This is my 2nd Mac, the first is a 700mhz G3 iMac which I enjoyed enough to plunk down $$ on a Powerbook. :D

You can use it while its charging. So don't torture yourself by not touching and letting it charge.:)
And congrats on your purchase.

cheers

Swweeet! :D Thanks, I can't wait! I've never actually used a Powerbook.

Now the clock is going to tick even slower...

Cmon... 5! :p
