Hi folks...

I have a Powerbook G4 that was given to me to use....but I don't have the OS X cd's that came with it.

I'd like to wipe the disk of everything EXCEPT the OS X and start over from scratch. Is there an easy way to delete everything except the OS??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Best way is to delete any non-standard apps, and then go through the library and preferences folders and delete files from there. You'll need some knowledge of OSX to do that.

One suggestion i have is that if you call apple all you have to do is give them the serial and they will send you the reinstall discs.
