new powerbooks uglier?

OK, so it was friday night.. I was sitting in the Computer Science Help Desk playing with my powerbook when this dude walks in and asks me a question,

He then says "hey i have the same laptop! I have two of them one for work and one for personal use" , so we get to talking and I bring up how new powerbooks are rumored to be available soon..
He responds with : "yeah, i saw it before... it doesn't look as clean as the one you're using now, and i think its a bit heavier too but well anyways i have to go now"

i was like noooo! tell me more!!! dont leavee

he looked like he was telling the truth

I wouldn't put too much stock in what this dude is saying. He is probably just referring to the current 15 in or 17 in and just thinks that they are new.

Yeah assume that someone is full of it unless they give you some reason to beleive them.

Plus, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
