Okay so for a while now I've had an issue where "new" product pages like the iPhone SE or the iPad Pro do not load in Safari. However they work just fine in FireFox. These same pages work fine on my iPhone also. I tried both the Canadian site and US site with the same result. See video below for what is happening. Is there a way to resolve this?

Here is the video.

You don't state your OS and Safari versions, or whether you've tried any step by step basic troubleshooting.

Disable any third party 'security' software you use. Even if not an immediate cure, leave disabled to make cache and data clearing tests useful.

Disable extensions, content blockers and the like.

Enable the Develop menu in Safari at Safari Preferences > Advanced > *tick box* Show Develop menu in the menu bar. Now that it's there, select Develop menu > Empty Caches.

Remove website data at Safari Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data...

Create a new user account for testing purposes. Don't use any Safari extensions, content blockers and the like, and disable any active third party 'security' software.

I'm using the latest version of Mac OS X High Sierra. Safari version is 13.1. I don't use any security software. Why should I disable ad blockers? I hate ads hence why I block them. I emptied the cache and cleared website data. Should I clear my browsing history also?

This seems to be an issue with Apple and not my computer. It's only on a few of their webpages so it's not their whole site. This does not happen on any other website.

Disabling an ad blocker(s) is just one of the usual easy troubleshooting steps, not necessarily a permanent state for any particular blocker. You might never find the cause of the issue but are less likely to if you don't go through a process of elimination. As you've stated, the behavior is isolated and you have other means to load the page so it's not really a big deal. It might not be worthwhile to spend time on it.

Side note––using Safari's "Show Page Source" feature shows different scripts being loaded for the two pages in your video. You could try globally disabling java script just to get the page loaded, as a test. Worthwhile? Up to you.

So I disabled Java Script and now the Apple pages load. But now on the Macrumors site it gave me a warning about JS being disabled and to enable it "for a better experience". So is Java Script the issue or is it something else? Like I said it's only those few pages on the Apple site. Every other website is fine.

As I had noted, it was a test*. Re-enable JavaScript.

I’m sorry, I won’t be able to continue this with you. If the issue doesn’t get resolved, at worse, you can use another browser when necessary. Good luck.

*If nothing else, one simple takeaway—if a page you must see/use is misbehaving and you have no other means to access it, temporarily disabling JavaScript for that page might allow you to at least see/use the basics of it; only the basics. Formatting might be messed up and most of its functionality will likely be inoperable.

This reminds my issue few weeks back when alot of websites were behaving this way, it was some kind of bug,
either buggy 13.1 release which is now fixed or what I noticed myself that when I clean installed High Sierra and updated it with Security fixes and newer Safari versions, 13.0.5 was somehow installed on top of 13.1 (even though Safari shows version 13.1), check App Store updates tab to see if that is the case.

Either way you'll have to reinstall macOS because as far as I know Safari can't be reinstalled.

The only update I currently have waiting is a security update. I have Safari 13.1 installed. So far I don't have a desire or need to upgrade to a newer version of OSX but perhaps I should.

Have you tried loading the pages with your adblocker disabled?

Security Update alone might be of help.

I'll update and see what happens. It just seems weird that only a few of the Apple webpages are doing this. Seems like it would be an issue on their end and not mine.

I did try that and got the same result.
