New Ram for my macbook

I want to get 4GB ram for my mac book, will this be compatable with My macbook? I don't know which one to get, and which one is better. The mushkin brand has reviews, and the OSZ has none. So please help

Ok well everything is the same in specs. but the PC2 5400 in the OSZ brand and PC5300 in the OWC brand. Does that matter? And the timing is 5-5-5-15 does that mean anything?
