Hey everybody, new here.
Backstory, I just downloaded Mojave last weds and everything was going fine. I went away on friday and got back to my computer today. When I went to turn my macbook on I found that my Mac HD was unmounted. It comes up as APFS encrypted and brings me to the password entry window when I click mount or restore, one that comes up I cant click into the text box to type anything. I'd like to know how to fix that, but I also got two voicemails about being able to retrieve pc information. One of which mentioned "tingle pc" and the actual support site for microsoft. They both wanted me to press 1. Could be paranoid but the timing is spooky.

This is what you'd see if Filevault is enabled on that disk. It's unlikely this is ransomware. Can you enter your password if you start up the computer from that disk?
