New (refurb) Macbook Pro 2.4 £849

Just wanted to say a quick thanks to people for all the
Advice on this forum of late.

Do you guys think this will be alright or a dud? I've had 1 refurb
Before and it was mint in original box.

OP said refurb, so it obviously isn't an unibody.

If it's from Apple Store - all will be sweet.

regardless that its an old style, this is VERY cheap, the cheapest i can find online is 1056 GBP, and i havent seen any 15" MBP on the refurb store recently as i have been looking to get one myself (unless i have been unlucky)

It entirely depends on the source (which the OP does not mention); if it is legitimate, - such as an Apple store, or other appropriate outlet, this is a wonderful price; if it comes from a strange online location - say, Craigslist, or something similar - I'd suggest you run a mile in the opposite direction.
