Hi All -

I have never once used garageband and don't have a clue how to use it. I'm a pretty proficient mac user and if there is anyone out there that could give step by step instructions on how to create a 30 second 'cycle region' with a song from my itunes library I would really appreciate it. I'm hoping there are other people out there who would appreciate it as well so I don't feel like such an idiot for asking.
