it's been BO for a good period, I had ordered one and canceled it later.
Even if they get some in stock they probably won't have enough to fulfill every orders. My model was already BO on August 5th.

they had just told me yesterday my 13" 2.6/256/16 was delayed till the end of August, however, I got my tracking number today. They might be trickling in. I ordered mine on July 31st.

I actually got mine last week (using it right now), they upgraded me to the new 2.6GHz/8GB/256GB for no extra charge! Very happy with Adorama for that.
