So I just received my new rMBP today... After reading all the horror stories about the LG screens, mine has one... I tried the RI test and all seems to be OK. I am just afraid the issues will start after the 14 days is up... So question;

If you just spent 2800 on a lap top... And it had the LG screen... Would you exchange it till you got the Samsung?

Also, if you exchange your unit on day 13, does your 14 days start over?

Nah, that's kind of ridiculous to return it on speculation just because of the brand of the panel. I would keep it, if something goes wrong your warranty will be honored.

The 14 day return period is per unit, not per customer. Therefore, if you get a new computer or replacement it will start it's own 14 day policy on the first day of purchase.

I believe LG was the primary supplier of the retina screens and Samsung had to step in to meet demand?
