we're in tha process of buyin a new router. currently have a netgear but it seems to fail if 2 of the wirelessly connected computers are using apps that open up ALOT of multiple ports. example: using a browser with multiple tabs, bit torrent client, and maybe a p2p. between two computer doing this with a third doing strictly (usually) browsing it seems to crash and have to be reset. if only one computer is using a bit torrent client its generally ok. to me this points out too many ports for tha router to handle. tha other guy in tha decision making process wants a router that has more output signal wise and is set on a dual antenna linksys, but i've seen alot of problems w/ that.
i would say a d-link is tha way ta go this time around.

BOTTOM LINE:
Handles ALOT of open ports (and by ports i may mean TCP cnxns)
Has ALOT of wireless signal range

WHAT SHOULD I BUY?
