New S3 LTD ring tone on older watches?

I haven’t really seen anyone mentioning this yet - the new ringtone on the Apple Watch Series 3 sounds so much better in the ad on the surfboard. I know I don’t have LTE in my S2 but it still notifies me a lot with calls during the day.

Is it available to us S1/2 users or have they made it exclusive?
