New Safari for Windows seed

31A20, aka 525.13 is now available from ADC. It can now authenticate against ISA servers when using HTTPS!

I haven't noticed any other changes yet, and the seed notes list the same changes as the previous seed.

Edit: Uploads seem to work now too, again using ISA Server.

Yes, it's going to release as V3.1

Yes, still beta but Apple's making progress; this is the first Windows version that I consider to actually be usable.
