New Safari Jumpy?

I don't know if they're trying to get me to upgrade, but I have a mid 2012 Air and the new Safari scrolls very "jumpy".

Mountain Lion's Safari was smooth scrolling, and you didn't really notice it. Now its jumpy, and bothers my eyes

Anybody else notice this, or possible have a fix?

Rest assured that Mavericks will fix the jumpy scrolling. In fact, it's better in Mavericks than it ever was in Mountain Lion.
