It plugs in and is recognized fine by my Mac, but can not be recognized my Windows PC, PS3 or 360. The manual says its just plug and play, and no drivers were included. Anyone have any way to get this working?

Thanks

Did you format the drive on your Mac? If so, you probably used HFS+ for the file system format, which is great for your Mac, but is not readable on Windows (without additional software).

You probably want to format the drives as FAT 32 for use with Windows and your Mac. just remember that reformatting your drive will erase everything on it...

How would I format it in Leopard?

Edit: Never mind. A quick Google answered that :). Thanks for the help!
