iLife media browser 2.0 :
This update improves overall stability and addresses a number of other minor issues. It is recommended for all users of Aperture, iLife ’08, iWork ’08, and Mac OS X 10.5.6 Leopard or later.

iDVD 7.0.3 :
This update improves overall stability and addresses a number of other minor issues.

My mouse finally works properly after this update when using the Dual Link DVI to Displayport Adapter. Before this update my mouse ]cursor would suddenly jump to the upper left corner of the screen every so often. I assumed it was interference with my wifi or bluetooth. Problem is now solved! What a relief.

Well dang! That scares me. I installed it. I haven't noticed any issues though. I hope there aren't issues to come.

WHY APPLE? WHY? Don't scare me like this!
