new ssd speeds vs 2012 mbp ssd

Hello all, I am considering the new 13" rmbp or an used 2012 15" rmbp depending on my needs.

My question I have for you guys is what is the real world difference between the new ssd speeds between the two years? I saw a video where the 2013 rmp had read/write speeds of over 700 whereas the 2012 mbp had read/write speeds of 400/500. Will I notice a difference?
