Any one else with the 16-inch MacBook Pro seeing this update on their computers?

If so, how does it improve the reliability of displays and peripherals?

The same type of update that Apple releases about 7-10 days after first availability of nearly every single macOS product in the past 4-5 years. This update probably issues fixes for many of the issues devs have reported so far. The majority of users are still waiting for their devices to arrive, so these updates make their first user experience "better" than the earliest of early adopters (as expected).

Would also expect updated video drivers for 5500M/5300M (maybe same from 10.15.2 beta).

Shipping version: 10.15.1 (19B2093)
Supplemental update version: 10.15.1 (19B2106)

That was out as soon as the first 16"'s were turned on from what I saw on YouTube (based on videos posted Friday). I had it on mine when I booted Monday evening.
