New Time Capsule - How to set up dual band?

Guys, just had my TC (dual) delivered

My wireless N devices are an iMac, mini, ATV and also a PC with a wireless N usb adaptor.

wireless G devices will be an iphone, ps3 and a wii

Can anyone please tell me how to set up the two networks on it, so I am prepared this evening when I get it home to set up
