Hi everybody,
I recently purchased my first ever Apple Watch - a Series 9 - and am so far really enjoying it.
I would like the battery to last for as many years as possible as I don't intend to upgrade the Watch very often at all.
What I would like to know is - would charging the Watch with an older, slower USB-A type cable be less harmful long-term to the overall Watch battery life span than using the "Fast Charge" USB-C cable that came with the Watch?
I'm asking because I've always been led to believe that charging batteries slower is better for the batteries themselves than fast charging them due to heat build-up etc etc.
I don't mind at all that the Watch may take longer to charge with the USB-A vs USB-C cable.
Thank you very much.
Moley.
